My father is quite elderly and a deeply devoted Catholic. While he’s still alive and able to travel, I’d like to take him to Vatican City so he can visit this sacred place. Since he has trouble walking, I’m considering renting a car there to drive him around. Where can I rent a car in Vatican City?
Walking through the interiors of many landmarks is probably enough for an elderly person, especially St. Peter’s Basilica. So it’s better to get around by car if walking is difficult. You can check where to rent a car in Vatican City here: https://getrentacar.com/en-US/vatican-city . You can even arrange in advance to have the car delivered to Rome Airport and drive straight to the Vatican.
