The highest CIPD level, Level 7, is the hardest of all. It is generally the hardest and toughest level as it focuses on strategic HR management and teaches learners to understand how HR functions. In addition, this level is also equivalent to a master’s degree. Furthermore, it requires critical thinking and the ability to justify arguments with proper evidence and researched material. Also, these individuals are self-directed and capable of conducting research and solving complex problems. Also, these pupils are required to write academic assignments as well to clear their module. Hence, the preference is to get CIPD students help in Dublin for better grades.
