Is Buying Apartments for Sale in Thrissur Better Than Building a House?

I’m debating whether to buy apartments for sale in Thrissur or build an independent house. Apartments seem easier to maintain and more secure. On the other hand, houses offer more space and privacy. I’m not sure which option is better in the long run. Would love to hear your opinions.
